Paretns & Kids go to Jail? 100% agree😮
ОтветитьWas the person killed in the car or in his car or walking?
ОтветитьSo, you just let him drive any vehicle? Caddy CT5-V, Jeep Trackhawk, Audi RS6, Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Smh
ОтветитьThe issue about high performance cars is that you need to be skilled to use it and you need to understand recklessness because driving is NOT racing. If you’re a kid from 15-18 you need at least 1 to 3 years of experience before even getting into something high end for racing. If you wanna go fast, do karting, so you can even fathom the idea of “limits” so then you don’t act brashly. I am relatively young and I’ve driven race cars before pretty damn well. Mind you though, I grew up with sim racing, so I understood the fundamentals of a car and its limits, and being a reckless driver out on the road. Driving high end cars and racing them are different. Driving is NOT racing. If you got yourself on a track, you’d know. If you don’t understand the difference without that fundamental experience, and nobody tells you, then decides to give you a high end car, then they should be liable for your faults.
ОтветитьParent knew the minor child was a reckless driver!!
ОтветитьI wonder if the government has anything to do with this, they make and enforce rules
ОтветитьTeenagers should be given underpowered rides, not something that can go from 0-60 in under 6 seconds or top out at 150. But that mother should've taken away the keys a very long time ago and made him either walk or ride a bike.
ОтветитьFeel bad?????NOPE.
ОтветитьWhy would anybody get in the car with him?
ОтветитьHere’s the thing: people who know anything about driving know that driving 140 in a straight line, is not dangerous. The problem is when people who don’t have the experience to know how a car works think they can do this wherever they want, and stuff like this happens. They don’t know the difference between doing it safely and doing it wrong
ОтветитьEntitled kid that parents buy him a BMW and don’t have the responsibility of taking the keys away. The kid and parents should go to jail
ОтветитьAnd he wanted a hemi track hawk too....
ОтветитьToo much bad parenting out of control 😢😢
ОтветитьSend the parents and their kid to jail.... she knew there was an issue and did nothing. Why was a teenager even driving such a car?!?
ОтветитьTheres a difference between a kid being given a performance car and a kid buying a performance car from his hard earned money, i bought my 335 when i was 19 im 27 now and ive gone really fast but i always make sure i am not putting others in danger when doing so such as empty highways etc i know its still wrong but theres always a time and place and that place was definitely not in a 25 mph zone
Ответитьso those vids came from social media, right... so, really, this sort of thing is encouraged. Fortunately only the accidents make the news.
ОтветитьAffluenza defense incoming
ОтветитьBet anyone right now he gets less than 5 years. But, if it was a poor kid in an old Altima he’d get 15-20.
ОтветитьIf this had happened in Europe, the "murderer" would get life in prison, no parole, no cushy prison cell. They know how to punish criminals. His parents need to be punished as well. Sue those indifferent parents for everything they have and then some. My brother was murdered in 1995 & the person responsible got off scott free.
ОтветитьFirst participation trophies, now we have degraded into parents who just give their kids everything and never say no. So we end up here and there with situations like this.
ОтветитьCBS News encourages this bad behavior. They promote no consequences for criminal behavior.
ОтветитьWhy do street cars need to be able to go over 90 ? Going 100+ should be a Felony even if there's no accidents or injuries.
ОтветитьMy kids drove an old car that couldn’t get out of its own way and that’s the way we wanted it, they were also told that if they got a speeding ticket they would lose driving privileges, that kids mom was afraid to be a parent.
ОтветитьDarWINism
ОтветитьWhy won't they say what happened to the driver? Is it because the family is wealthy?
ОтветитьThis is the world we live in, kids are NOT being taught accountability, just blame everyone else! This is gross negligence! Again, we don’t know ALL the facts, but it sounds like she had full knowledge and didn’t do much to prevent his bad decisions and behavior. Purchasing him a faster car ……… for WHAT?? Privilege and people need to stop stifling the police, let them do their jobs!!! But that’s another story for another day.
Ответить🤦♂️
ОтветитьThe document says 45% of the time he drove over 90 mph. Wow!
ОтветитьDamn. 😂 I amazed that it can go thar fadt. It is always the perpetrator who survived. Jesus christ. Help us, Jesus, we're your people.
ОтветитьRich spoiled brats in sports cars.
ОтветитьIf you driving 140MPH you could suspended driver license for 10 years.
ОтветитьOk. When if yo kid look like Alex Murdaugh DO NOT LET HIM OPERATE ANYTHING WITH AN ENGINE 😂😂😂
ОтветитьWell, well, well, tags life of wealth is now over. Yep. He came from a life of wealth and prosperity. He could had anything he wanted in his life. Now, he will spend much of his future behind bars with incarcerated, homeless, and poor. Now his life is over. And his mother will likely lose her wealth as well.
ОтветитьJail for parent.
ОтветитьDeath Penalty!
Ответить100 in a 25...insane.
Ответить40 years for Tag without parole with mandatory daily roadside litter pickup in leg shackles with K9 officers at the ready.
ОтветитьI don’t care how much money you have you should NOT buy a kid any kind of sports car as their first car buy them a beat up Honda civic because parts are cheap they’re easy to work on and it teaches your kid not to always think the worst on a situation where your car breaks down
ОтветитьBan Assault Cars now!
ОтветитьGood luck. Nothing is going to happen.
ОтветитьKid willingly sat in the car, likely enjoyed the high speeds. He could have opted out, and said, NO.
ОтветитьI'm sick of these disgusting, selfish people putting everyone in danger. Some people just want to get home safely but these idiots are out playing with dangerous machines.
ОтветитьWhat was the point of recording his driving if you still weren’t going to take any action to provide consequences? Well it will help put them both in prison. Also, why is everyone pretending like they weren’t aware of this kids driving? They crashed a few minutes from Flynn’s house. Flynn’s parents and the whole community are responsible too because everyone knew this kid was reckless and probably thought it was great to gossip about 🙄
ОтветитьThat's his fault for hanging out with the wrong friend
ОтветитьThe parent should be held responsible for some things BUT the kid that died knew his friend drove like this. This wasn’t his first rodeo.
ОтветитьShe wanted a Beemer so bad...
ОтветитьWhere’s that dad???
ОтветитьYou can thank. DEMOCRATIC President Lyndon Johnson for paying women to have babies without fathers in the home.
ОтветитьYes, the mother/father should be charged as well. She was aware of his driving. She could have taken the car away, she could have cancelled the insurance, sold the car. Parents are in control
ОтветитьPretty Gangsta.
