That's a lot of progress. Looks like they are going to grow very uniform.
ОтветитьGood job
ОтветитьDid your neighbor give you a hard time about planting these?
Ответитьim considering doing this what zone do you live in ?
your results are exciting! love to see more result come spring
thanks for the video. I water mine every 4 days deepy and they are not growing due to too much moisture. My local garden center here in Southern CA said they are drought tolerant, soak well and let the dirt dry before you water again. So i'm going to water every 7 days to see if they start growing again. (I have clayish soil). You mentioned to wanted to start watering them more so curious how they turn out in 1 year.
ОтветитьHello thanks for the video, I'm from Chicago il, do this plays keeps their leaves on winter ?
ОтветитьHey these look great! I am in the process of trying to use cuttings from our own privet hedges to grow more. Do they take well when put directly in to the ground? or should I be rooting them before putting them in the ground. Just wondering your thoughts!
Thanks! :)
How far apart were these planted?
ОтветитьCan you do a one year update? Would love to see the progress!
ОтветитьThat's crazy 5 months, English laurel, takes a few years to get that growth.
ОтветитьKeep up the updates!
ОтветитьIn June non stop
Ответитьfor every 1 ft of growth you need to cut back 6 inches, particularly in new plants. Creates a fuller bush and hedge.
