I worked in elementary schools for years and never saw a good solution for cleaning up glitter, so the lint roller hack is my top tip. Plus using a lint roller to keep round items from rolling around.

If you used one of those toothpaste tube squeezers on your E6000 glue tubes, it would never get all scrunched up in the first place.

Some great hacks there thanks 😊 but please don't store your brushes bristle down in water and I know it's more aesthetically pleasing but it drives me mad when people cut something from the middle of the paper or fabric 😅

Another benefit of DIY confetti is you can make it out of paper instead of plastic. So it will be biodegradable.

just a little thung ummm don't store your paint brushes upside down in water/cleaner unless you want to ruin the bristles. Clean your bushes / rinse them and dry them and store them flat even drying them upside down will cause problems.

Hairspray and dry erase markers are an expensive remedy for permanent marker compared to rubbing alcohol. The active ingredient in permanent markers is alcohol. Just use an alcohol pad or alcohol on a cotton ball to remove it

Lint rollers are also good for your cricut mats,and die plates,for bits of paper fibres

I heard it's not good for paint brushes to sit upside down in water. Also, instead of putting a bread closure on tape, you can just put excess folded tape, thread, yarn, plastic wrap, or anything that wouldn't stick to that tape.

A Fine Arts trick: buy a HIGH QUALITY pair of scissors to CUT PAPER, another for FABRIC & cheap scissors for EVERYTHING ELSE.

NEVER use your good scissors on anything BUT the material intended. I have scissors purchased in 1979 that are in PERFECT condition in 2025.

I keep my stencils on a 3” binder ring, then tack on my cork board.

For picking up the glitter cha corner of your table 1st. I have a table i use for crafting & tape pulls off the cheap covering.

Love this! I never knew X-acto blades were meant to snap off! However, no artist ever leaves paint brushes hair-side-down to clean them in whatever chemical works with your medium. Brushes are expensive+handling them with care is essential.
