The house I'm looking at now may have a "Zestimate" of $815, but it's still priced $200K higher than it should be, for the square footage and lot size.

affordability all time lows, prices will continue to go down, just weather if it is slow or fast from economic event. Anyone who bought since 2022 is under water due to fees being higher.
