ОтветитьGoing back to basics and doing things a bit slower has been helpful. I want to build up to a longer yoga practice bu sometimes I find it difficult to make sure I'm doing the right movement. I usually end up in a tangle so taking things step by step and gently increasing the difficulty seems like a better approach for me. Thank you for putting out this video. It has been helpful even though my heart is still beating heavily in my chest from my homework!

Ответитьi have experienced severe stress bc of my bpd, and after a whole 2 months of not doing yoga, this yoga class you taught was very calming and the instructions are also top notch. i appreciate your time to teach me and i hope you make a lot more videos. the breathing technique is very well descripted and it makes it easier for me to understand the square breathing. thank you
