Holy Cow Super’s Grandpa is Mannix!

I never realized that this is actually Rocky V storyline.
Both aging characters in the twilight of their careers are forced to retire on account of injuries, eventually going bankrupt and lose their properties while a shady promoter tries to coax them out of retirement. They both take an aspiring up-and-coming protégé under their wing that will end up betraying them and siding with the shady promoter that will lead the teacher vs student confrontation...

As much as I used to (and still do) laugh at Super Dave, I didn't know this movie existed. I've got to watch this one.

Thanks to the sharing of this video i am now on the lookout to purchase a DVD of the film. It is great to see Super Dave and all the cast in an updated production. Bob Einstein was one of America's unsung comedic geniuses.

Never knew about this movie til now. Also, I noticed right away that the gas station is where they filmed Corner Gas. Loved that show
