I think it's important to clarify that you cannot acclimatise to nitrogen narcosis by repeated deep diving. You can't build a tolerance. If you get narked at 100 feet you will likely always get narked at 100 feet. What you can do is maybe recognise the symptoms and go shallower. Unfortunately a diver who's narked is often the last one to know it so buddy monitoring is important, especially when you're inexperienced.
