This judge needs jail time. Totally in the perpetrators corner.

That judge was disrespectful to the female attorney. Yet he was quite nice to the man attorney.

Andrea Shoemaker is a dear friend of mine, and we were pregnant at the same time when she had Hannah. I remember the first time I saw Hannah, and that baby was born with long blonde hair that looked like golden tufts on her little head. She was such a beautiful baby and grew up to be a beautiful young woman. Everyone who knew her still mourns the loss of that sweet girl. What this judge did in this case was the biggest slap in the face to the family and friends who will always feel the loss of those 8 lives. Those precious babies have to spend the rest of their lives without their parents, and this was not justice for that loss.

"Never got to buy alcohol..." Throw the book at that defendant!

I bet money, the disrespect he shows this lady prosecutor is only a glimpse of the disrespect he shows the women in his life!!!!

Ibarra got life without parole for 1 life these people get 30 years with parole for 8 souls... criminal. This judge needs investigated. Y y y He was so rude to the prosecution. And the victims families.

I so feel this mother’s pain. I have lost two sons, I know the pain of mother’s grief but this, this is beyond what anyone can bear.

The judge is retired and apparently, currently works as a mediator. He is standing in for this sentencing aspect of the trial.

This judge is a joke and needs to be removed from Billy's trial, Why couldn't they bring out of retirement the previous Judge that they had, he was much better and had sympathy for all the families. Jake should had gotten 8 consecutive life in prison with no parole. I live an hour away from Pike Co, I hope to attend Billy trial and support the families, God Bless all of them, my heart hurts for these strangers that lives where shattered by this evil family
