I have been really confused about the PCOS - I was on Facebook groups - and there were several women like me that had normal A1C and CBGs. I have increased DHEA - and some other ones I can’t remember - as well as irregular/skipped periods (for sometimes 6 months) and also the cysts on my ovaries - a bunch and one exploded last year I had to go to the ER. But normal A1C and CBG. My BMI is 25.
I’m only saying this because on a pcos group- one lady went off on me telling me that I do NOT have pcos because my A1C is normal…even though I went to a special and was diagnosed through blood draws and ultrasound… so what do you think about people with PCOS that have a regular A1C?

A lot of things you said about Anthony William & even the intricacies of what he says is the root cause of PCOS is not accurate.

Is there much data on the build up of a surplus of hepatic lipids around the liver triggering the reduction of sex hormone binding globulin.

The decrease of sex hormone binding globulin then leads to an increase of testosterone and estrogen (unbinded).

These higher than normal hormone levels add to the symptoms of PCOS, in particular higher testosterone.

Would this be a plausible link between weight gain and PCOS?

AW aka Medical Medium has helped me to heal and solve so many issues that a multitude of Doctors were utterly useless and unable to help with. I honestly do not think there is a single person in the entire world who has single handedly healed as many people as he has. People who put down his wonderful information are threatened by him and they should be ashamed for not spreading this healing information with others. I am a practitioner myself and those who poo poo his information are not true practitoners as they are not keeping the hypocratic oath they took upon entering this field. Doctors doesn't know all the truth, they know only what has been so called "scientifically proved", but this is not the whole truth. Just as not everyone has faulty “genes” (gotta love that theory in medicine, that it’s our “genes” or that our bodies are attacking themselves), not everyone has EBV in their ovaries. Still, the cause of PCOS is EBV in the ovaries. EBV settles in different areas in the body for different people AND, there are several varieties and mixtures with different viruses, levels of heavy metals, and toxins which creates the individualized presentation of PCOS for certain people and is why others never exhibit symptoms. EBV also has 4 stages and it doesn’t settle in the reproductive system until that later stage. I am one of these people and sorry but the medical medium cleanses actually have worked for me personally (not only for PCOS but for multiple other conditions, too) so I wanted to comment and provide that personal experience

The reason Anthony has well over 1M followers and you don’t is because the information has helped hundreds of thousands of people. Myself included. SCIENCE is light years behind because the Truth it is actively repressed. Especially around women’s health. Pubmed has failed us too. If our "conventional" doctors actually told us the truth and were actaully interested in us healing, instead of being pawns of the pharmaceutical companies we might actually heal. We need more data because......Alright. Endocrine system miscommunication between the brain and ovaries. I get that. But furthermore, what caused that to occur? I think you started scratching the surface when you mentioned environmental factors (like cortisol levels amplifying through stress) and epigenetics triggering it. I think we need closer research on the genes and alleles associated with the endocrine system. I wonder if in the future a genetic editing (like CRISPER) can cure the possibility of the disorder being passed on to children.

I find it a little arrogant to not even embrace the possibility of truth in an intuitive healer. Where is the intuition in Doctors? There isnt even made a link between lifestyle, basic human needs and disease by doctors. They treat this as if it were two seperate things and have a very lineair way of thinking which is not how the world or body works. If I were a MD today, I would be more humble against Medical Medium, remember most of what you learn in medical school is mostly written by the drug companies. You don’t often have the answers to chronic deseases, your artificial drugs have many sideeffects and are not designed to heal the root cause of a desease. They tend to focus more on dealing with the side effects, rather than healing the root cause itself. But on the other hand; that’s how Big Pharma profit from sick people; keeping them depandant on a drug for life. I actually have experience with this. I've had reactivated EBV multiple times with proof of high IGM titers. I also have pcos. I never thought in a million years that EBV would have the impact that it had on me. We all underestimated what this virus is capable of. I also have cysts in my liver. He's said that EBV goes to your liver. Idk but some of it sounds like it's a possibility. Doctors only know what their textbooks taught them. They dont think outside of the box. I do think food has wonderful healing capabilities. Doctors only believe in pharmaceutical drugs unfortunately because that's what they were taught and that's where they get their bonuses from. I'm also pretty sick of hearing the term "listen to the experts". These were the same experts that said if you got a Covid shot you wouldnt get Covid. These same people did to wear a mask and you wont get sick. Please experts dont know and science isnt fact because it's constantly changing.
Also, she says everyone basically gets EBV so why doesnt everyone have pcos? Well because everyone reacts differently to different things. EBV is also linked to certain cancer but it doesn't mean everyone gets those cancers. Just my opinion.
