Me - " Hell yeah dude! Do the things that help with the stuff"

Really, it should be that friggin' easy. Do better, world

Hello,🦋🦋🦋 🐥🐦🐦🐦🦜🐦
God the Father loves you so much that He sent Holy and Sinless Jesus Christ(His Holy Son) to earth to be born of a virgin. Then, He grew up and died on a cross for our sins. He was in the tomb for 3 days, then Father God raised Jesus Christ (Y'shua) to Life! He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must receive Jesus Christ sincerely to be God's child John 1:12. "But as many as received Him, to them He gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on HIS name." That is great news! Will you sincerely receive Holy, Lord Jesus into your life today?

What's the ADHD med supply like on your side of the world? There's an extreme shortage here in the U.S.

the DSM use to have ADD and ADHD separate. I think it is quite different. I am old enough to be diagnosed with ADD (not hyperactive in any way calm introvert) I just discovered Vyvanse this month after over 40 years of meds that didn’t work well. My doctor refused to let me try the medication since Canadian doctors recently won’t prescribe new adults these drugs to since they have been called out for overprescribing and have been forced to restrict it due to not science just public opinion. I had to fly to mexico and they have drug freedom and I bought it and tried it. It’s a game changer. Women are not diagnosed as much for ADHD due to the H part .. women most likely do not disrupt the classroom. I'm a man however i bet thats why women are not as often diagnosed. the DSM should be revised for ADD again without the H. It’s not some mustache twirling plot to keep women down. girls unlike boys just didn’t overreact in class as often so the hyperactive requirement was not met as much.

Having fear of having numbers is very alien to me. As a man on the spectrum they are very comforting. The option of not being told a number due to possible triggering is the inverse to me. Not knowing the information is far more an issue.

Purely anecdotal but you were bang-on about men (at least this one) being assessed quickly. I was diagnosed today, my assessment took all of 20 minutes and I had a script in-hand within an hour from leaving my Psychiatrist's office. It's absolute crap that women aren't treated with the same concern and have to jump through so many hoops for a diagnosis.

As a man, the women’s healthcare rant was off putting. I’m getting tired of this ‘women are victims’ mentality, we all struggle. I know you don’t mean harm by it but life as a guy isn’t as easy at it appears.

I’m a tall, decent looking, deep voiced, smooth talking man who has the inattentive form of ADHD. I’ve never been outwardly hyper and generally appear to be cool calm and collected.

I just lost a six figure job due to adhd and still struggle to get a doctor to believe I suffer from it. I’m guessing they just think I’m lying to get a prescription to sell. No one in my life believes me at all. My car isn’t even registered because I forgot to pay tolls. I couldn’t even remember my own address multiple times in the past month. My life is in shambles and idk how to get meds.

Life isn’t just hard for women, men have struggles too. I’m ready for this women vs men, men vs women thing to be over. We have to start living in real life and taking to eachother about our struggles again instead of listening to TikTok vids designed to upset us to keep our attention.

Otherwise thanks for the vid, very insightful. I struggle with adhd and binge eating as well and am hoping I can eventually get prescribed for Vyvanse

Thank you so much for addressing ADHD in women vs men. My heart just breaks for all women with ADHD that have spent their life either undiagnosed or misdiagnosed and totally misunderstood. So much more research needs to happen around around women and ADHD. It really breaks my heart hearing these stories of women struggling through life undiagnosed to only find out in their 30s or 40s they have ADHD.
Love you all and every bit of neurospicy that makes us us xxxxxx

i'm currently on v vanse , but first had tried c ncerta and then a deral -- those were both terrible for me -- with cncrta i would just CRASH at about 4pm and turn into a zombie, which was terrible for trying to be an engaged family member when i am finished with work.

with adrl i got really mean --like trying to get in verbal arguments with strangers

vvnse has been pretty fabulous.

thanks so much for spreading the info about women & adhd - just so crucial.

Australian sense of humour. Gold. You are right about men getting diagnosed easily well easier. My step son got diagnosed after two visits because teachers and his mum and I had to fill out questionnaires. My wife got diagnosed after her son and she had many hoops to jump through. I was learning about ADHD because of their diagnosis and learning how to deal with certain behaviours when I recognised symptoms in myself. One visit to the Dr I was diagnosed and put on vyvanse. It works well for me but the crash was bad and I was also fasting during Ramadan which made it worse. I think I threw a tantrum when my wife asked me to pass the salt 😂. You are correct about the waiting list in Australia it is insane. I wish you luck on your journey and keep that sense of humour.

You made me laugh as you are so like me! I say that because i am 71 years old and i was just diagnosed with ADHD and general anxiety disorder. I had to research it myself to see what I had and when I thought it was ADHD I had to ask my doctor if I could be tested. And i do have it. My doctor tried me on Strattera and that was a nightmare for me. I now go back to my doctor tomorrow and a friend of mine suggested Vyvanse. Any stimulant has made me nervous but watching your video has made me hopeful! My adventure continues at my old age!Thank you for posting your videos!

Just got diagnosed with ADHD today and lemme tell ya, not just women jump through hoops, the amount of bs I had to go through in order to get diagnosed was crazy. I spent thousands of dollars just to get told to try more basically. The amount of people that knew I wasn't normal and yet didn't even question whether I had something going on in my head is just depressing.

Hey, just a quick tip. You should avoid acidic foods and drinks, as well as vitamin C, for an hour before and after taking your Vyvanse. It can mess with how well it works.

It's definitely not just women who jump through hoops, but I'm basically with you here - I was diagnosed at 37, male - I saw a psych as a kid and all the "key words" are in my medical history, yet I was never diagnosed. Since being medicated, I've been so much better and to be honest I am a but p1ssed that it was never picked up when I was seeing a psych 25 years ago. Luckily my life has turned out OK, but I do wonder what could have been different if I'd been properly diagnosed when I was school age. The only benefit is that because there is evidence of it being present as a kid, PBS will subsidise the meds as an adult, which is good because the full price is $100 per bottle...

Hello mam. Great video! Hello Sir. Great video! I just got put on Vyvanse. I'm on 40mg. I see myself getting a crash around 4pm or 5pm. Like total exhaustion. How do I combat that? I have been going to bed around 5 or 6pm lately. It also takes away my appetite. How do I avoid this crash? I also stay away from caffeine, it just makes me worse. The nervousness, anxiety. I'd appreciate your feedback :)
