ОтветитьI think those bent hot bends or rolls are super sexy, ladies. Don’t worry about it! I personally think it makes a woman’s body seem soft, like it’s suppose to be. Not bony and skinny. Just don’t be stuck up, ladies.

ОтветитьI know this is meant more for the ladies. But I have found a tremendous help working my glutes and hip abductors for my work and free time sport hobbies.
I'd say only one thing. You can separate a deadlift and goblet squat and then once you combine them towards the end it's killer!
Also sumo squats!! Not the friendliest of you have bad knees though!
