Fyi I'm doing easier variations:
1. Knee pushups 1 set of 10 reps (yes my upper body is jelly)
2. Leg lift 2 sets of 10 reps
3. Full squat 1 set of 25 reps
4. Chest-level pullup 1 set of 10 reps
5. Short bridge 2 sets of 10 reps
Hope I can see some progress and do harder variations in a month
