This sounds like Jeff Beck's "Situation" or i should say Situation sounds likes this song "Truth", which Beck and Max Middleton allegedly stole from Alex Ligertwood. Either or, the two songs are virtually the same. 

I must see this band before I die. Or before Brian dies.
