I found bagels to be too heavy and hard to digest.. I prefer the steamed soft and hot buns from Taiwan instead with 5-spice pork belly

Russ and daughters has the best lox in the game, but on the island we have flagels which I prefer over traditional bagels.

The Bagel Pub in NYC was fire! I had a chicken cutlet bagel that was insane! Still though the Bagel Shop in New Jersey is the best bagel.

Russ&Daughters was disappointing. It was tough to chew. Hopefully, I can try the less popular joints and it exceeds my expectation.

Recently had a Tompkins Sq Bagel Lox deluxe = everything bagel with lox, cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, capers. It was amazing. Thought better than Russ & Daughters because the bagel was better.

My favorite of all the places, as delicious as they surely were, would be the Brooklyn Bagel. They were nice n big, fresh baked, (look at that cc), well packed with copious amounts of cc and it doesn't get better than that for me. Well seeded everything with scallion cc [heavy] and if I'm feeling glamorous, nice added sliced tomato with a light s/p sprinkle... The greatest. 😋👍✌️❤️🥯
