dont listen people saying steady cardio is bad cause its not. Do both HIIT ans steady, just do more of what you prefer. Fat loss will never stop simply because thermodynamics laws.

ОтветитьBrad i make the expiriance that it yould be great if you do a interval 15min cardio before the strengh training. Because if you do intense strengh workout with supersets and dropsets etc. its a 45min fatburning workout to with an empty glycogen storrage because of the cardio you did before.

ill be sure to try that out today but the only problem is usually if i do that by the time i get to cardio my body is drained and intensity doesn't stay the same
I believe in facts(result), not theory. When I went oversea travel for 2 weeks, I ate more than usual, I came back losing weight and looked great. I had never done any HIIT during my travel (!), but I had at least 4 hrs of walk each day - comfortable pace as any traveller will do. I believe any workout is good, as long as you are moving, you are good.

ОтветитьI disagree Brad when it comes to energy expenditure you want you body to adapt with cardio it's a good thing not with lifting then all you need is to control you caloric intake you can just walk and lose fat forever you can't outrun a bad diet you can also lose fat by not doing any cardio at all of course doing same thing over and over it will get boring so always good to challenge yourself as you lose weight you caloric intake it's going to be less unless you spend more energy example a 200 pound person will need more calories then a 160 person we need to get the right information out there

ОтветитьIf you want to lose weight, just take care about the calories. Its so stupid to do cardio in the gym. You just can walking around. There is risk to lose some muscle from 2 hour cardio. I did this mistake so many times. Cardio, cardio didnt watch calories and lost my time.

ОтветитьDude, you're wrong its the intensity.... as long as you're heart rate is up high enough you will burn fat...never do cardio for more than 20-30 minutes, if you can go more than that its not intense enough..

ОтветитьThis crap about your body getting used to doing the same speed during Cardio and not losing weight is 100% false and absurd!!!! I have been weight lifting and doing cardio for nearly 30 years and never heard such balony in my life! I consider myself to be an expert at losing weight, dieting, weight training,etc. because of my longevity and experience with all of this.
I guarantee you that if you just do cardio, eat fairly clean, supplement with vitamins and minerals you will lose body fat...fact! This information is merely about selling you something you don't need!!! Just do consistant cardio what ever way you can, at least 30-40 minutes a day 3 to 5 times a week and I guarantee you will lose weight.
Take it from someone who's Wrestled, played Football, Baseball, Softball, etc. stay active and you will lose weight.
if you had only one proteinisious thing to eat for a day then when would you prefer to eat it,immediately after sprints or after some couple of hours of sprints?
