I am not experienced in meditation. A bit difficult with concentration, but hopefully it will get better the more you practice. However, I saw an extremely large number of images in front of me. Pictures with ancient sculptures. Gold and dazzling sunshine. I was above the clouds. Colors in yellow, pink and opal green. 💫🙏✨

Oh wow. I've never been able to listen to singing bowls before. Its always felt too jarring. This is amazing. I felt something sort of crack open ( weird description but that's how it felt) and at the end i felt like i was being held/ hugged. By the cosmos? My higher self? Idk felt very warm and loving. Am i evolving? How exciting!! Thank you Stefan. Please do more of these. Just wow! ❤ I'm just going to listen to this every morning. Its so healing.

Stefan, you have an amazing vocal OM. That deep base comes from deep inside you, I would have never guessed you could go so low. Very commanding. I ❤ the bowls because I can feel the vibration, just hoping it's talking to my stubborn brain. I hear epilepsy brains fire at a different frequency. Or should I say miss fire. Hypnotherapist will not put an epileptic under. I can laugh about because I have epilepsy for the last 48 years. Here's hoping someday I will connect to my spirit guide. 😊 🤞

when you use these in person can you feel the frequencies physically are they loud enough to do that? also does anyone know if these are known to help with nerve pain, i have a pinched nerve ive dealt with in my lower back for like 15 years now and ill try anything to avoid surgery
