How to Guarantee your Success Pt. 1 - Personalize Your Plan

My wife sent me this link, I could not get the sound to work, I listened to part 2 and part 3 but part 1, I can't get the sound. Is there another way that I can get this video or does anyone know what I need to do to get the audio to work...I have shut down my computer and rebooted and still, part 2 and 3 works but not part 1.
