ОтветитьI am so excited I found d this channel! I am a 33 yo mama to a toddler boy and baby girl. Prior to kids I was a yoga instructor and rock climber. Also super into nutrition and cook all our food from scratch. I was in great shape before kids. I am now thinner than ever before, but im not strong. All your content on body recomp is so helpful. I'm really looking forward to this journey of regaining my strength and fitness.

ОтветитьGreat info as always Michelle! 2 years ago I was 25 pounds heavier on my way to pre diabetes as well as moderately high cholesterol. I started out very slow with 2 day a week training then 3 days and now 4. I trusted the process and I am now healthier physically and mentally. It always starts out small! It took me 2 years to balance out my health. Healthy lifestyle changes take time. Enjoy the process it's so rewarding! Loved the video! Have a great day!

ОтветитьI have noticed with LIFE happening and my feelings in the way lately, added my bad habits and overload of stress and letting everything I was able to control, come over me again and totally feel the SLOW A$$ metabolism problem again! You are my reminder to GET BACK ON IT! Crazy how before my journey, I had the worst metabolism and just thought I was normal like everyone else 😭 and now, my body SCREAMS when I am messing up and it feels good to understand and know what being healthier feels like. 🫂❤️🩹🫶🏼
ОтветитьI do everything- exercise ( heavy weights and cardio) for all my life, walking sleeping, calorie deficit with high protein using app not sitting down. But I'm still 10 pounds heavier, heavier than a month after my last baby was born 22% fat. I was also diagnosed with subclinical hyperthyroidism- must be losing weight due to hyper thyroid, but I don't.... all my life revolves around food and workout, my husband is about to divorce me
ОтветитьHi , I believe I have a problem losing weight, I'm 68yo I have OsteoArthritis in my knee's, Bursitis in my shoulders and lower back Arthritis. My legs hurt when I walk I'm trying to help my legs not be in so much pain. So it's hard for me to exercise, but I do need help. If you have any suggestions please give me some feedback. I broke my wrist 1 1/2 yr ago 3 months in a cast, then rehab and lost my muscle ,and now I look like a skinny 58 yr old instead of a strong older lady.

ОтветитьI have really bad insomnia. I try really hard to get a good nights sleep but a lot of nights I only get between 4 and 6 hours. I have lost over 25 pounds in a deficit with increased protein and strength training but I'm afraid over time my metabolism may slow down from insomnia.
