ОтветитьMichelle! I’m so glad you posted! I had a genuine question for you. I have been following your (220-age)*60-70% for zone two - 111-131 beats per minute but my Apple Watch puts my zone two in 125-142
111-131 seemed too easy!
Do you think I should follow Apple Watch’s zone two range? As I do end up feeling almost comfortable communicating in this one.

ОтветитьVery helpful. I've been into fitness for years now, I teach 4 classes a week but am really trying to dial in the nutrition by tracking protein for the first time. I realize 1. I don't eat nearly enough fiber like I thought I did. But I am getting 100 to 125 g protein a day right now. 1400 calories. I'm 5'8, 130 bs. Goal is 125 or when my arms and abs looks like yours 😅 the muscle is there but covered by a lil' fat.
