Hi, if we go over our protein goal for eg..if I need to eat 120g of protein but im eating 140g but overall calories are still in deficit would it effect my weight loss goals?

Michelle! I’m so glad you posted! I had a genuine question for you. I have been following your (220-age)*60-70% for zone two - 111-131 beats per minute but my Apple Watch puts my zone two in 125-142

111-131 seemed too easy!
Do you think I should follow Apple Watch’s zone two range? As I do end up feeling almost comfortable communicating in this one.

Thank you for such a great, informative video! Tuna has been one of my lunch go to’s and adding boiled egg whites for more protein. Been following your rule of 1 gram per lb of ideal body weight and it’s so helpful with filling full and not eating a lot of junk and processed foods.

Question ~ my friends recommend Orgain Organic Protein powder and/or the Clean Simple Eats protein powder.
If you know about these two products, what are your thoughts on those please.....curious.

Very helpful. I've been into fitness for years now, I teach 4 classes a week but am really trying to dial in the nutrition by tracking protein for the first time. I realize 1. I don't eat nearly enough fiber like I thought I did. But I am getting 100 to 125 g protein a day right now. 1400 calories. I'm 5'8, 130 bs. Goal is 125 or when my arms and abs looks like yours 😅 the muscle is there but covered by a lil' fat.

Not sure if i missed the info but is that 100g of cooked chicken breast or raw? I noticed the vegan options said cooked so then i assumed the meat was raw??
