Ok, a couple things. How can a desert island how a rain forest? And how can you claim 70–80 degrees is tropical. It’s either a desert or it rains all the time, and tropical islands are going to be 100+ degrees.

Rural West Texas, rural cotton farm, and plan to stay here, and no coconut trees to eat the fruit from. Lots of UPS trucks though. No caves.

You can’t survive on fish 🐟 and coconut water 🥥 💦 water indefinitely. There are two things worth mentioning here i think, first that for many it is possible to survive without consuming carbs, you can find some people living off a solely carnivore diet. Also eggs are likely to be available on a tropical island and contain nearly every nutrient the body requires short a single amino acid and vitamin c. The occasional egg could be the difference

Okay if you cook fish by boiling add green grass to it. Cut the grass up as fine as you can.

Grass supplies a lot of carbs and plant born minerals but it is hard to digest.

However.. cooking will help break it down. Drink the water as well.

Not ideal of course but everything that is food should be exploited ..
