Let's all remember the best of the Panther platform...Kenny Brown gave us several sleepers...the Marauder ain't no no joke(cause my wife drives an 04 daily)...The Florida Highway Patrol had some of the best Panther Marauders(carbon-fiber driveshafts,reprogrammed proms,)EVER!
The Panther platform is a mix of modern & old-school ,frame on body. I can say all this because my wife's daily driver is a 2004 Mercury Marauder...her 2nd car,which is in the garage, is a 2003 Mustang Mach1, she pre-ordered an Azure Blue with automatic ...(my woman is AMAZING) LoL

My crown vic doesn’t start. I mean it cranks but doesn’t turn over. I take off the negative on the battery & reconnect & it turns on! I turn the car off after I run it & again it won’t turn on until I disconnect the ground to the battery again! So yes do crown vics bro

I'm still waiting for my t5 to get get done, been waiting for months but you know the whole cov-word slowed a lot of that process down. Good gears and synchros are hard to come by so I'm willing to wait. Still trying to figure out what to do with the 4.6 2v. Turbo or SC? Bottom end is already built and stout. Does anyone have any experience with the top end of of the engine performance parts (heads, cams, timing setup) or suggestions of what to do? Never been a Ford guy but these panther platforms are to good to pass up. My car, 2003 mercury grand marquis, clean and mint, looking to do like a grandpa sleeper. Thanks anyone for their input!
