your intermediate workouts are the BEST!! sometimes i feel like a lot more workouts cater to beginners (which is a great thing) so if i’m lacking inspiration, i feel like i can’t find much to fit my fitness level. but you always always deliver!!

wide grip lat pull down 4x10 reps cable bicep curls 4x12 reps
tricep pushdowns 4x 12 reps
Walking Lunges 4x12 reps each leg

Could do only two complete sets. My arms gave up. So I did some glute work on the cable machine. Won't give up. Week 2 of the gym 26/2/2023
