Its NOT first line ( First line property is a Property thats right on the Beach )… This is Built on a Unstable Clifftop. I would stay well clear as the way things are going on that area of Cliffs landslides are common, Probably why its up for sale for $2.8 Million Euros, Because if it was first line beach it would be worth $30 million euros, And the fact that he actually tries to convince you that at the bottom of the cliff is beach is Hilarious 🤣. Now again Front line is Beach front where you literally have to walk out of you home through your garden onto the beach, That Home is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the nearest beach 🏖..depending on you age and ability…
