People who think they have found a way to avoid responsibility to follow laws. They think they don’t have to register their vehicles, and don’t need a driver’s license nor insurance. I’ve always wanted a cop to ask one of them what they would do if they hit another car and injure the driver and a cop did end up asking just that. The SovCit said they would have to speak with the driver of the other car! When pushed, he finally said he would work something out with that driver.
