I saw you do demo with I think it was the Schwinn team back in maybe 1996 or 1997, in Lafayette, Indiana of all places. It was amazing, I had never seen anything like the air or tricks you were pulling on the ramps that day. There was a guy that was AMAZING at flatland, which I had also never seen, and had this badass pink bike he rode. My mom took me to Wendy's in the same shopping center after the demo and you and the flatland rider were there. You guys signed a Wendy's napkin for me, I had it for many years but unfortunately after moving out and through several moves amongst the family, I think it's been lost :( Hopefully my mom stuck it away in a photo album somewhere.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that you were a huge inspiration and an awesome influence for a lot of people, and still are. I went and got a BMX bike I'm pretty sure within a week or two, and wanted to ride dirt and do stuff just like you. Was always awesome to turn on the competitions in those days and see what color your goatee was going to be next.
