Is the CNC shield ver 3.00 compatible with GBRL version you are using?

I want to control this using a touch display not through my laptop how can I do this

i installed Serial Port JSON Server and did what you did on you vedio, but it is not working. if you konw about the conneting problem please let me know.

Make sure that ur power supply exceed 10 Amps cus it seems like he can't handel two stepper in the same time that's why u r losing some steps

Hello Sir. I am working on the CNC Desktop machine. I used Ardunio UNO, Neema 23 Stepper Motor, TB6600 Motor drivers, Universal G code Sender. In the program the minimum feed rate is defined as a 1 mm/min but, I want it to 0.03mm/min. I am not able to change the feed rate in the program. Please help me, sir.

I use universal gcode 2.0. My problem is that I switch to mm. And when I move an axis 1mm, it moves over 10cm. Think it moves in inches. So when I enter a gcode to mill, it look like it also moves in inches. Although everything is made in mm to put in mm on the program. My engines are 1.8 °. And has 8mm screwdrive. So $ 100/101/102 is set to 200mm. And it should vote according to calculation. But seems more like it does not register in mm but moves in inch. Can anyone help?

Can i run 2 motors for x axies and 2 motors for Y axies using this shield and GRBL controller ?

X driver and A driver (clone) ports in the shield.
# Controlling 2motors in (Y ) axies using Y driver and Z driver ports in the shield


My idea is using one driver for each stepper motor is that possible with
UNO
Shield v3
GRBL controller

Project ( hot wair cutter cnc for cutting fome ) only i need 2 axies (X and Y)

if I want to use tb6600 drivers where can I get the adapters that replace the tiny drivers on the motor shield?

It's been a long time since you've posted this video with a question at the end but I think you're having this problem because the motor isn't getting enough current to run at higher speeds so it stalls. Maybe the wires isn't thick enough? Maybe your driver isn't capable of providing enough current that the motor needs to run at higher speeds? I'm sure it's related to current flow, some how!

Excellent video, very easy to understand! But still, I have a question: The power supply that comes with the spindle can't be used to power the steppers!? Do I have to get a separate power supply for those!? (Sorry if it's a stupid question)
If that's the case, do you think a 12V 30A power supply is enough for 3 Nema 23 2.8A!?

got tired of the cronos board didn't workout then tried the arduino uno with cnc shield, didn't work, working a lot for testing all items, motors, chields, drivers and different uno board to no awail, ohh two of the cables for the motors have crossed wires.

Under the release_files folder in the ugs-classic folder then go to start-windows.bat file."
Its run for a moment and a black screen window opened for micro second it could not run further. i did not understand whats going on and where is problem and how to fix it.

so i want add button for diffrent 4 program run in single codding.
like if press button - 1 then run code line 1,
if press button - 2 then run code line 2,
if press button - 3 then run code line 3,

Hey willy i having same problem that you having in this video with Y axis. It will stop after feed is increased. Can you tell what is the reason for this problem and how to solve this? If you have the vedio regarding please share the link with me.

I would send gcode from a smartphone to an old CNC Fanuc Sigma VC1000 that has an old rs232 serial 25 pin. After that I would monitoring this machine (maybe sending it some command to the serial and the machine could answer me about start, stop, allar, type alarm, but I don't know if it possible, maybe yes).
Could you help me in this little project? Thanks.

ap-normal system you make, XXYZ not normal, normal used XYYZ system axis. or XYZ small machine. and big good machine used XYYZA

you forgot to set vRef on your motor drivers. Thats is why they are burning out.
