Ответитьgetting a bit better every day with better habits sounds good to me!

ОтветитьI want to get out of the habit of watching videos like this
ОтветитьI have a habit of checking the comment section while watching a video.
ОтветитьI have been looking at my phone a lot and feel empty when I'm not looking at it. Now I feel that I'm addicted to it. So this is to video i chose to get rif of this habbit by creating a new one.
ОтветитьHorrible
ОтветитьSeems like I'm the only one being bothered by the sounds he's making in between pauses😶

To begin with we can have a list of our current habits.
Then we examine and replace the unhealthy, non-effective habits and replace them with new ones.
ohh my god the noices you are making......this is my worst pet peeve. btw great video
ОтветитьI know a lot of ppl are gonna disagree with me on this but ima say it anyways…
I think this speech was pretty bad and could have been shared in 2 minutes.
We all know what habits are… please don’t try to define habits, then give a more simplified definition for the thing we already know. And then… WHY DO U NEED TO GIVE AN EXAMPLE FOR WHAT A HABIT IS 😭 😭
Sry, rant over 😆 (had to watch this for a class so that’s why I’m sharing my negativity here :p)
(If ur seeing this have a good day tho!)
Namaste
Atomic Habits by James Clear is a good read on this subject
Great
ОтветитьThe best rule for sticking to habits is 2 Day Rule.
Here how it works:
You are not allowed to skip anything for 2 consecutive days.
But you allow yourself to skip one day whenever something comes up or you just don't feel like it.
It is liberating and also effective way to stick to the habits.
Because you will have more days of doing the habit than not.
I learned it from Matt D'Avella.
It's really helpful, i am very grateful for this information ❤️ thank you🙏
ОтветитьThanks marco.. It was a good one🔥
ОтветитьWhat was the last line? We are what we repeatedly do....I couldn't understand the last sentence or two.
ОтветитьJon jones introduced me to ted talk I’m grateful

Anyway, thank you so much Marco Badwal, for sharing your knowledge and this valuable information. It's true, most of us aren't aware of our daily habits and behaviours. Thank you again:)
