ОтветитьI don't have support from family friends nobody only my mom she help me to be good I have mental health problem low confidence negative thought doubt in myself and I over think I care for the people what i think about me I care so much that hurt me myself to don't think to nobody and care the same to don't hurt somebody And now found help from Buddhism I hope wanna be good positive healthy with positive thinking love caring I have hope .is normal to take care for word reaction and everything because everything is touching me i am sensitive so much ❤

Ответитьgreat tips - there is a lot of self honesty needed - mindfulness is so powerful for getting back into present moment, looping thoughts are so self destructing. taking the mind away to focus on breathing is an excellent tool.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💯💯💯💯

My sis n son then overthinking..alr keep say things happen not overthinking..alr say I not the kind like to think things not happens..I keep tell both of them don't think things not happening.but things that happens all will think won't have empty mind so he is no good and wrong aptitude. He done so much still expecting empty mind again bad aptitude wrong aptitude..
