Even if it happened to be proven that in that verse, The Quran talks about the Earth's actual shape as an egg of an Ostrich as Muslim Scholars like Zakir Naik claimed. Science has disproved this through knowing that an Ostrich Egg is a Prolate Spheroid whilst the Earth is an Oblate Spheroid.

But the earth is also not egg shaped😂 rather it has mountains and valleys with a bulge at the equator and not one of the poles a bed can akso be wrapped with bedsheets indicating day and night here according to classical islum earth is flat it is relatively new that there is debate on this fact of quran and islum

When "Dhu al-Qarnayn" story is told in Surat al-Kahf, in Qur'an 18-90, Allah says: "Till, when he reached the rising-place of the sun, he found it rising on a people for whom We had appointed no shelter therefrom."
In Flat earth theory, there is no possibility for such place to exist where the Sun does not disappear!

وَالْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ دَحَاهَا

First verse is telling about the flat earth.
Second verse you claimed didnt mention the shape just Talking about Day and night.
Third verse is also Contridict with First verse. (like One author Knows about Greeks and Indian Astronomy so He predicting the shape , Other author Of First verse is totally illiterate he is giving the analogy. (Quran have many verses Which contridict with each other)

If you’re gonna argue that you could interpret the word to mean egg, and you can interpret night and day wrapping around to mean circular.

Then you can also interpret bed shape to mean flat. I’ve never see a spherical bed. I’ve also heard the interpretation to mean “like a carpet” which again. I’ve never seen a spherical carped. Typically they’re always laid flat.
