So Cipher was nerfed into the ground turning her into 5star Pela, but Ica can casually do 500k+ damage nukes while been a healer? Rofl

Finally honkai support rail has transcended the need for traditional dps. Now we can enjoy a “healer” with guaranteed crits and 200+ spd.

I love a healer who is also a dps, thats one of the reasons I love lingsha so much, she can deal a loooottttt of damage. Sometimes when I’m using my break team, I use lingsha as dps and it does BETTER… it’s amazing
