ОтветитьThank You Steve - as always, inspiring 🙏
ОтветитьGuy screaming as missed a shot lol
Ответитьbest tip for volley
ОтветитьThis guy is genius
ОтветитьBravo! Laying back the racquet is also essential for the drop shot
ОтветитьWhy would you show fucking halep as an example of a good volley.. That's fucked up.. Interesting concept though, would be a better vid with an actual good voley player footage to go along with it..
ОтветитьGreat slow mo video you provided that is doing exactly as you say to do. Makes me think I should be able to do it too!
ОтветитьElbow always leads in any strokes especially volley and service. You sir are a great coach!
ОтветитьNice explanation. Some coaches teach this by putting a broomstick under the arms to prevent the elbow from moving back. It also aids control by keeping the racquet where your eyes can see it. Some might quibble that it's more of a racquet "lean back" than a take back.
ОтветитьThis showcased the importance of having a really good coach at the start out. My first coach never explained why nor did I have enough chances to practice, but she taught me the right way and it made my volley effortless. It’s an Aha moment for me today to understand why and I just feel so appreciative, it saves me a ton of time to correct bad habits. Meanwhile having the awareness of the reasons behind just brings the skill to another level. Thanks so much 🙏
ОтветитьAwesome! I always wondered why I had pain in my elbow after playing volley.
ОтветитьHi Coach, thanks for all your videos, I learn so much from them. Really appreciate your help. 👍👍👍
