Three years ago when I saw this news story, I had a flashback to when I was 11 years old (It was 1971) and I was accosted by this man! He exposed himself to me and my friend as we were mailing a letter for my mom in Bellevue, WA. I'm 100% sure this was him. It traumatized me. I never forgot his ugly face with that creepy balding head and gross mustache. I was angry when I heard that he cowardly took his own life before he could go to prison and get his well deserved punishment.
