Hi: A Chiropractor pulled on my legs and it took the fluid out between my hip bones, therefore, the x-rays show bone on bone. How can I naturally repair this?
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьThank you Dr. Berg.want to buy k2+D3. How can I do that?
ОтветитьThank you Dr Berg!!! Does sertralina affect my bones? Greetings from
Peru
What about ground egg shells as a calcium and mineral source? This would be taken as addition to vit D3 and K2 and of course exercises.
ОтветитьWhat would you suggest someone who has MCAS/histamine intolerance/ oxalate problems etc to eat to help with this?
ОтветитьDr. Berg, can you address the " cholesterol fear" that G.P's say about " eggs/ yolks" ??
ОтветитьIf anyone has taken Allendronate Sodium tablets can you let me know of your side effects? The very first day I took it, it had me feeling weird, slight constant headache and slept like all day and almost all night. I was up long enough for a shower and to eat. Otherwise I was sleeping. This went on for about 4 days then it started to wear off.
ОтветитьIm taking a calcium supplement that has 200 mg of Tribasic calcium phosphate and 100 mg of Phosphorus. Does that bipass the problem of the artery calcification?
ОтветитьHow does this advice change for one who is taking an anti convulsant?
ОтветитьTy sir.
ОтветитьI wish i stayed in America...cs where i stay am medically screwed
ОтветитьDr..Berg...Here in South Africa we have a supplement called CALTRATE PLUS...can you google it pls nd let me know if its a good one for osteoporosis daignosis...thank you in advance
ОтветитьAnd l gather that breast cancer can is caused by deposits of calsification?
ОтветитьWhat is the best calcium supplement. I understand that calcium carbonate is probably the worst.
Which is the best
oxalic acid from plants and excessive vitamine C intake is the cause of de-calcification and de-mineralition. watch Sallie K Norton.
ОтветитьDo you need to take these supplements forever to potentially reverse Osteopenia? Or only for a few months or years?
ОтветитьVital to have copper to complete the electrical circuit, isn't it? Without it your body's semiconductor doesn't work to enable the healing process?
ОтветитьPor favor no entiendo inglés, podría traducir este video al español
Ответить😢I’m high in D3. Started taking K2 about a year ago. My lumbar DEXA was -4.3. Not sedentary. Non drinker. Non smoker. Minimum soda drinking. I run and weight lift. 52. Menopause at 51. What gives?
ОтветитьGreat video DR. Is it possible being a vegetarian can lead to bone density issues? Thank you.
ОтветитьDr. Berg. My husband has Paget's disease, I’m curious what supplements you would recommend
ОтветитьNO Soybeans unless ORGANIC
I'M ON WARFARIN AND TAKE MK7
Great move to make it all at the end in one screenshot 10/10 👍
ОтветитьHi Dr.Berg
Thank you for all the hard work you put in your videos
I’ve been watching them for sometimes
I was wondering if you could help a friend of mine who was treated with a Chemotherapy for blood cancer & after receiving from the cancer now they find out he got Osteoporosis of the hip & when he visited the specialist they recommended to go for surgery to replace his hip with artificial hip !
He is only 21 years old!
Is there any other way to help him ?
The doctor told him this happened is results of the chemotherapy !!
Please help
I need the trace minerals. I wonder if Dr. Berg has one for the bones. I am going to his store and look. Thank you Dr. Berg.❤
ОтветитьLittle disappointed that he didn’t mention which form of calcium supplement was closest to food bioavailability.
ОтветитьI was recently diagnosed with osteopenia results from a dexa scan, plus my mother had osteoporosis so pretty concerned. I was told to take 1200 mg of calcium, but I didn't absorb it well in the past and showed up in my labs as Hypercalcemia, so trying to eat more calcium rich foods and bought a 300 mg calcium citrate as a fill in, is that a good one? I also take a multivitamin, vitamin D and Magnesium but I do not have a gallbladder and recently diagnosed with a mild fatty liver as well as gastritis and a small hiatal hernia which I've taken a PPI for those, but recently switched to pepcid so not sure what to do after listening to your video. Seems like I'm a mess for being only 56 years old 🫣
ОтветитьIm only 41 and i broke my femur right by my hip. I did the dexa scan and I have osteo. I am walking more, I try to do 1.5km a day at least, taking the Algaecal supplements, D3 +K2 + Magnesium complex, foot tapping/rebounding (haven’t been able to do that one yet) and learning about Low Intensity Vibration. I hope to purchase a vibration plate in the future since the research is so wonderful and lots of success stories. I know I can reverse it and I’ve heard many others have. Anything is possible folks! 😊
ОтветитьDear Dr Berg, I appreciate your content greatly and have shared the information with friends family and clients. However, I choose a vegan, whole food lifestyle, and have done for the past 3 decades. I am now mid 40's and healthier and fitter than I've ever been. Hearing you say cholesterol only comes from animal products....
I will have to go and look for plant alternatives....it would also be helpful if you remembered that not everyone chooses to consume animal products, and many of us watch your channel 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I have 2 fractures in vertebrae. I wear a back brace. I'm to go to Dr. To ck for osteoporosis.
Until then, staying immobile as I can, but is walking (I'm not in pain) with back brace.))
Walking good or not?
If you are taking a medication that blocks the vitamins for bone health, will eating the right foods replenish these vitamins and minerals or would one need to stop taking the medication that is blocking the vitamins and minerals?
ОтветитьDr. BERG....You made me laugh..."chewing on cement, like the sidewalk?"...Good humor.
ОтветитьSo I’m 67 and have severe osteoporosis And I break all the time. Is it really possible to revers osteoporosis doing all that you have explained in your video?
ОтветитьThank you Doc ❤❤❤
ОтветитьI love Dr Berg's videos my only slight concern with this one is mentioning increasing oestrogen because of the menopause. I had breast cancer with Oestrogen receptors so was always wary of increasing my oestrogen. The menopause is a natural process so it is normal to end up with lower oestrogen levels, trying to increase the levels is like putting leaves back on the trees in Autumn. So I am aware of this. I try not to eat a lot of soya either which is difficult if you do not eat meat as so many vegetarians use soya. I do eat fish a lot so am ok just try to avoid all other meats. I take vit d3 with k2 mk7 but never sure the best time I just make sure I have eaten some fat. Also vit B12 which I take with water but it is so important to have these in the diet, if only our doctors knew as much as Dr Berg. They do not seem to know a lot to be honest so thank you Dr Berg for these informative videos.
ОтветитьHi Dr. Berg-I am a 71year old femaile and was diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 years ago. At that time I increased my calcium and D3 but my Dexa scan this year shows osteoporosis is worse, not better. My bloodwork has also indicated that my Vit D 25 Hydroxy was 112 last year and 108 this year, so my doctor told me to stop taking it. I would like to take the K2 supplement you referenced but am wondering if I need to take the D3 to help with absorption of the K2? I am also increasing my weight-bearing exercise and trying to eat a healthier diet because I am very reluctant to get on any meds for osteoporosis! Thank you for all your insight and knowledge on so many topics!
ОтветитьThank you Dr Berg🤙💜✨
ОтветитьDr., what do you think of the new technology, Robotic Musculoskeletal Development Systems (RMDS)? Chain of centers called OsteoStrong popping up everywhere? Is this a worthwhile technology? If so, shouldn't it be available through healthcare system?
ОтветитьHi Dr Berg, my most amazing aunt has had osteoporosis for many years, recently she has been experiencing excruciating pain. From what the mri scan shows she has several fractures in her vertebrae. This is in Mexico. she was told not to move at all, except to go to the bathroom, otherwise, she will never walk again. Basically, do not move until you die. She is in her 80s. Most amazing humble Chrisitan lady you'll ever meet. Took care of her mother and my two uncles who died of cancer, kidney disease and MSA Multiple System Atrophy respectively. She's in her 80s. Please is there anything she can do? I will buy her the vit D/K and the things that you mentioned here. But since her condition is so far out, I was wondering if you had other thoughts/recommendations to deal with this more aggressively? Help me! please!
ОтветитьFor osteoporosis I take Algae Plus and strontium, it works great. No side effects, made of sea weed.
ОтветитьThank you Dr Berg! Very kind of you ❤
ОтветитьI have osteoporosis and I am doing a carnivore diet, and I am trying to address the problem as well as my gut problem maybe my gallbladder, anyway one of the thing I read from the supplement I am taking is that eating lots of red meat pulls the calcium out of our bones. I feel like I can't win...I
can't find one of you great videos on you tube. Hope you can help me if I should eat way less animal products. Thank you, Candace
I had estrogen positive breast cancer and am on AI to suppresss Estrogen so my cancer doesn't return. Any advice is so deeply appreciated
ОтветитьThank you so much for good information. I have a question anyway. Does this also help to build bones when you have Osteogenesis Imperfecta? Will a product named; Shift Super Calsium extra, be a good supplement?
ОтветитьDR DR BERG IS KING OF THE DR S🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💖💖💖💖💖👏
ОтветитьI wish I would have watched this video before I purchased calcium! 😣
ОтветитьSo helpful! Thanks again.
ОтветитьGreat information thanks doctor ❤
