Cambodian here, i love ya videos. I appreciate the effort you put into every video. I still cant get over how you look skinny but your pretty strong for your weight. Unbelievable strength. It's sad that alot of Cambodians know about arm wrestling but they just dont know how to train like an arm wrestler. They just think that if they hit the gym and do alot of bicep curls they will beat everyone(My friends) and yeah long story short, i beat all of them😂.

Hopefully, one day we’ll have real-time rankings! If the sport somehow becomes appealing to sponsors and advertisers, and money comes into play, I bet all those guys from Cambodia and Brunei will suddenly learn how to train properly.

Rahh Brunei Arm Wrestlers detected 🇧🇳! Great video Greg! One of our puller (Fauzi) did recently went to Vietnam to compete in the Da Nang Open Tournament and won overall right while only winning 2nd left 86kg. Though it wasnt the Hanoi Open but i just thought it was worth the mention 😅

Quite a fair assessment. Totally agree on Malaysia being an S tier in the region considering their broad spectrum of champions across different weight classes. Hopefully sooner or later we can have more engagement between Indonesian and Vietnamese armwrestlers. I've seen a lot great pullers on their lower weight category from their Hanoi event that we might be able to contest :)

if this about armwrestling competition i agree—but i think armwrestling competition in myanmar started just a few years ago, if im not wrong and all the dudes from there i watched doesn’t really seemed to know the techniques and yea, u can say they’re no expert at the sport cuz they’re new… also most of myanmar civilians doesnt have the frame for armwrestling compared to international and most of the ppl are more engaged in sports like soccer more than armwrestling itself.

Yeah man, Philippines has a lot of potential in other sport but they only focus basketball here that's why instead of big boned and strong people, most of here is tall and skinny.

Hey I'm a Filipino, but honestly I don't think the "community" can even be ranked right now. It's such a tiny niche scene(even for arm wrestling standards) that the people you'd see show up on blogs and content could very well be the only actual competitive pullers. The future is however bright, the potential is high,just like with most things about the Philippines, it's always just a "COULD".🤦 My country is the "potential man" meme of SEA, Always the "could", but probably never WOULD😢😭.

Such a pity that Vietnam’s Duong Duc, who is prominently regarded as the best puller nationally(potentially all-time?) couldnt join the tournament due to rehab. Hopefully he can rise to glory again someday and take Vietnam’s armwrestling levels to new heights in order to create a better environment for the sport to thrive.
