Oh my god those ones in legion are beyond annoying, the police cars let me start there, the yelp is a slowed down woodway-whelen yelp, which is already an annoying siren to start. but that hi-lo is literally a slowed down pitched down railway crossing alarm
The ambulance makes me think they were trying to make it as absurd and annoying as possible. It makes me want to jam pencils in my ears as I feel that would be a more pleasant experience than having to drive that thing on a blue light run. The only thing remotely okay are the boat sirens and the ambulances phaser.

The fact you could hear someone die but not the explosion that killed them later on tells me how bad that iteration must be.

WD Legion also has unused police van (which IIRC had a broken livery), undercover police cars and undercover police bike

Although the undercover vehicles are playstation exclusive for some reason and have very low chance of spawning parked at a police station

Good video, quite complete, although I don't understand why the helicopters from WD1 and WD2 don't appear, nor the FBI vehicle from WD2, nor the Albion drones from WDL, and even some of Albion's ships from WDL.

Still salty the 2 met police cars aren't actually used in Legion. It would've been perfect for met cops you play to be able to unlock and use them.

The siren in Watch Dogs one is actually the siren you hear being used by Montreal Police, pretty neat it's a real siren they put in the first watch dogs

Watch Dogs 2 did it the best. Really love how their sirens echo through the area

Why does the ambulance in Watch Dogs 2 have two different flashes depending on which side you look at? Why does the left side go pulse - pulse - off while the right side goes *pulse - pulse - pulse .....*, Also why do the Police vessel's flashing lights in the Cyberdriver mission only shine from the right side? What of the many mental problems Ubisoft has led to that?

More than "Evolution" I would call it "INVOLUTION" given the trend of the series

Legion was such a downgrade

After some personal experimentation it takes a while for SWAT to show up in the early game "Act I", only when you are on foot at "5 stars" and even then they take a while.

Meanwhile on "Act III" and beyond after progressing through the main plot SWAT vehicles take over the pursuit entirely in 5 stars and they make up the roadblocks at 4 stars making them easier to get
