ОтветитьI was barely able to move doing these but I pushed through it. 7 days of crawling on the floor. I do however feel less tight in my hips and lower back. Thank you
ОтветитьFirst day. Age 76. I used to do a lot of yoga 7 years ago, but 3 back surgeries later….😂. I like how you do the stretches. However I have had rotator cuff surgery, both knees are bad…I find after day 1 that my arms hurt. I’ve been sedentary for months. This will pass, right?!?!?!! The last surgery in February was Vertiflex where they separated my vertebras with little metal butterfly pieces. But I also have arthritis throughout my whole body. Right now my back feels strained… all I want is to sit in my chair. Any suggestions on how to break into this , cuz I hurt more now than when I started. I’m not sure I can do this daily. How often should I do this? Thank you so much!!

ОтветитьThank-you for these exercises. I had acute pain in m back and was very stiff and could not bend. The slightest bump in the car gave much pain in my back, The first day I found relief. The car pumps do not bring on extreme pain The exercises made my right hip sore which was probably the reason for back pain I do appreciate your exercises and that is why I am thanking you.
