Last year, I ordered the website-exclusive version of the NewJeans cover, but it never arrived. I’ve tried messaging and emailing, but no one is responding. I regret placing the order in the first place.

Why is V Magazine like this? Their customer service is terrible. I even found out that someone else didn’t receive their order either.
