S., hopefully, will lead the way in capping and then piping all throughout our nation, just like Libya has done, a seemingly unlimited freshwater supply in the form of these scalding hot geysers found on the ocean floor where the Ring of Fire is located. We could irrigate all of our nation's arid regions, if we wanted to. We could even make our deserts to bloom, if we wanted to.
The point being, we do in fact have this accessibility to an unlimited freshwater supply just off our western coastline, and we have the technology, and the unlimited federal funding in the form of quantitative easing (QE) and/or deficit spending or what I more appropriately call the reality of the Equity Spending (ES) process that enables us to utilize this extremely pure, clean freshwater supply.
