now that you mention they keep warm the cabin, happen to me also and make me feels suffocate. We don't know the reason they do it but I agree with you they have good soft product while they hard product so-so :)

Jayden love the vids, but dude, Turkish airlines gives you a free upgrade and you promote Qantas, wearing their PJ's. Qantas is one of the most scrupulous airlines who ripped off their own citizens. To be fair if it was not for the extra seats in business, you wouldn't have been upgraded. If they didn't have that third seat, you would have kept your economy seat.

If only their customer support was not horrendous. Used to be a much better airlines few years ago. Really gone down the drain in recent years. I'm talking about business class.

I paid CAD$10.000 fpr two business class tickets from Vancouver to Istanbal. The service was extremely poor and the crew members were unfriendly.

Turkish has one of the VERY BEST onboard food ever. Incredible quality for plane food. Only Etihad & Qatar Airways get close.

TK lounge has very good food. I remember their lounge at the old airport has a table with a very wide selection of olives. They didn’t have this at the new airport.

One thing that I think this airport should consider is to reinstate Fast Track for passengers on all star alliance flights. Not sure when they only limit to TK passengers, but when I passed through IST in 2023, the Fast Track was still available for other airlines.

Great video, Jayden! The lounge looked amazing. Also, the service on the flight seemed pretty incredible. I'm happy you and 6'4" were able to snag the free upgrades. If Turkish updated their hard product, I think they could be really competitive. I hate it when airplanes don't have the personal air noodles and get too warm. It can be really uncomfortable. The caves in KL looked really amazing. I'm impressed you were able to climb all those stairs after a long haul flight without good sleep!

I paid CAD$5000 for a return business class ticket from Vancouver to Istanbul. I am a senior Asian woman and the way the crew members treated me was extremely poor. They only gave me cheese penne for dinner because the fish in the main memu was out of stock. I hate cheese and penne and was left hungry for most of the trip. They did not care. Someone occupied my seat and I have to fight to get back my window seat, the t able was bnroken and no one cares. I will not fly Turkish Airlines for the rest of my life. The business class of Air Canada, Japan Airlines, Eva Airlines, China Airlines, IcelandAirlines, Singapore Airlines are much much better then Turkist Airlines.

Never again. I was in Turkish business from Riyadh to Istanbul when I needed to go to the bathroom. I asked the FA and she pointed to front one. I hesitated because I was worried it’s occupied. The first officer came out to accuse me of spying on him!!!!! He kept shouting for a few minutes.

Sarah Brightman has missed many shows in Melbourne. Sylvia Palladino has been doing the shows and receiving standing ovations. I will be seeing the show in July. To sell tickets to fill the performances they recently had a $72.00 for 72
Hours for any seat any performance until the end of the shows run in Melbourne. I got a seat for the above price 5 rows from the stage in the middle. Looking forward to seeing the performance. Beauty and the Beast has just opened and is selling very well...

Your special meal order is not representative for Turkish Airlines food..... At ALL. Special meals aren't good on any airline. You are really missing out. You ordered a special meal for an economy flight and then the ad hoc upgrade to Business? So how did they rearrange? Something is missing here....

No pre-departure champagne offering! Most of the wines listed on the menu are at Costco or Wal-Mart for $10 - $12 per bottle. The champagne is the only item I see as a true business-class product. Thanks for the video!

Food (except the breakfast) and services are better than Air France, KLM and UA but business class with three seats in the middle! Not good.
