Smiled the whole way through- LOVED the helping hand, shredduce, tomato hack, and the chutney is GENIUS, to say nothing of the gnarly bacon and to-die-for mayo, what a joy to watch and try! For me this isn't the "Ultimate," but the "Only" BLT.

I always put 2 slices of American cheese on my BLT.
