Thanks. Must really see the master plan carefully but changes to land use cannot be predicted. HDB just announced that there would be a BTO project at Serangoon North. Seems that this project will block the view of some stacks at Affinity at Serangoon. I wonder what was the master plan land use for this BTO project previously. Seems to me that the good views are all given to HDB BTO projects. For example, Bishan Ridges (HDB BTO) blocking the panaromic view of Sky Habitat and Hougang Capeview (HDB BTO) blocking the river view of Boathouse Residences.

Hi I love all your analysis and research and all the effort you put into this video! I have a question for you i am thinking about investing in a resale condo the Pasir Ris area because i do feel that Pasir Ris area has a lot of potential upside due to the government plans in place to rejuvenate and refresh the area also with the introduction of PR8. Yes PR8 is way too pricey. I watched your video for your review on PR8 and i do feel the same as you about COCO PALMS being a very serious contender for a alternative to PR8 and COCO itself is already a strategic location to benefit from its new PR8 neighbour from the retail offerings. Looking at the recent sellers putting up prices. I am looking at maybe a smaller type 3 bedder unit (904sqft) around 1.45M asking. What is your opinion on the better entry price to counter offer?
