Great video as always! A couple of questions (1) without handwashing stations, how did they get people to wash their hands before going into the buffet (or they just didn't?); (2) I'm so intrigued by the wraparound promenade especially since it goes all the way to the front of the ship - do they let people into the front part of the promenade deck during sailaways?

Will be sailing on Crown on first cruise after drydock in December so will be interested to see what changes or refresh is completed. Great to see a recent walk-through thanks for the Video Adrian.

I can't believe that there's no hand wash station at the buffet. Definitely not going to eat in the pig's trough, when we cruise on her in October - November.

On board her right now. So this is a weird watch. Haha. Finishing 2 weeks new years eve Fiji cruise. Excellent trip. Awesome crew. Not perfect but 15th cruise in last 5 years and this one i would highly recommend overall.

Your walk throughs are by far the best. We are so looking forward to cruising on this old beauty in October. The promenade deck is one of the features we find most appealing. Its just beautiful.

Just wondering. Did I see wheelchair accessible spaces towards the front of princess theatre? Usually they are all at the back of the theatre?

Just got off this ship on Sunday, it was OK, nothing special, so many things that this ship could learn from other ships that are doing it right. We had a suite on the 9th floor (Dolphin 405) that was well set out with a super comfy bed, but still has the old shower curtains. The entertainment was less than impressive, when your entertainment director is the entertainment …. Let’s just put it this way there were plenty of spare seats! When I’m 8 days at sea I need good entertainment (4 to Fiji and 4 back) The food was very …. Cheap, that left me feeling not satisfied as I know I could have been. The staff were super friendly but bar staff started to fail in the last week, out stateroom was looked after by Raymond was perfect and we were always treated with a smile, we tipped him $200 Australian. I’m not convened at this stage that I would go on this ship,again, or at least until a reform and a boost in entertainment and quality of food. I forgot to mention our nightly wait and during staff, Adrain who was fantastic, we were a group of 10 aged 70 - 14 and here was always very excepting and quite a comedian. My wife and daughter and daughter in law used the spa and they were all very happy with the service.

I noticed in your shots of the main theater that there were disabled reserve seats on the bottom level. Have you any idea how these are accessed for people with disabilities as I cruised on Pacific Encounter (sister ship to Crown) and only seemed to be able to use the seats up top at the back of the theater. It was a very long distance for my ailing Mum to be able to see. It would be nice to get seating closer to the stage for the disabled

Just got off it on sat 25th jan, WORSE princess ship and cruise ship EVERRRR. No dutyfree available, not allowed to use my military obc on pokies, wasnt allowed to book a future cruise, didnt have any hot chocolate available, only screen kids movies… housekeeping hopeless,, guest services wouldnt contact police for me to make a report after purse with credit card and drivers licence were stolen… will NEVER EVER board this shit ship again … so much for being elite it means nothing 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Wow it looks very beautiful 😍 i wouldn't say modern but very elegant And Regal ❤❤ can't wait Till we do our 2 night cruise on her for my birthday this coming November from Sydney to Brisbane ❤❤ we have purchased the princess premiere package so very exciting to have a pretty much all inclusive cruise ❤ And im loving tye idea of embarking and disembarking in two different ports ❤️❤️ hoping to extend the trip by 2 or 3 night's either side to see more of both cities. Im really hoping i Will be ok to travel that far into the future ❤ it'll be our first princess cruise. Then a few wks later in December we have our cruise booked on carnival luminosa to the great be barrier reef which. Im hoping so much that i can do too. Need to stay well at least for the rest of this year ❤❤

I been on the crown princess and me and my friend enjoyed ourselves on her and when I and my friend saves more we will go on her for longer cruise. I had fantastic room on the E deck 403 and I love view there. On our cruise on her (the crown) I am hope balcony room for myself one for my friend.
How much is a single room balcony on the crown princess please? How much can you get on ship money two spend and can you use your own money to spend and how much you bring please?
I enjoyed the short cruise to get my sea legs (lol). On the longer cruise I well see a lot more. We will go on her when there is no school holidays (Australia). We will going to leave Sydney and back to Sydney. Is there school days cruise fares (Australia)? We are planning to go to Morton Bay and cairns on that cruise. Does the crown princess go to Morton Bay and Cairns Queensland at all?

We're doing the Fremantle to Sydney cruise in May, hopefully be better than the trip last year o the corroded princess

Were on the Crown in November (Sydney - Tasmania return) pre-dry dock.
Back on again later in 2026 for the Circumnavigation cruise. It will be interesting to see if there are any improvements between voyages.

No way I was actually on the exact same cruise I think. Did you cruise depart from Sydney on the 26 december

No hand wash facilities at the Horizon court, no wonder I am reading on various forum about a lot of cases of influenza other respiratory illnesses on the ship atm. This is really poor form on Princess's part, have they not learnt anything.

Should we tip on this cruise? I am hearing that on the Australian cruises that it is not customary.
