I wouldn't even pay 500 for that first one.
Ответитьit's terrible to see apartment like this, i am so sorry!
ОтветитьParisian is french
ОтветитьNY is too expensive.
ОтветитьRooms for rent not apartments rooms that’s what they are.
ОтветитьFYI a Murphy bed without a mattress should bounce up. If it didn't you'd be deadlifting that mattress every day.
ОтветитьWhere is the bathroom?
ОтветитьI wouldn't want to share a bathroom. However, this looks better than some of the other micro apartments that they have shown where you had to sleep on the loft and also didn't have bathrooms inside the apartment.
ОтветитьIs this realtor out of her mind. I've seen bedrooms bigger than the whole apartment. Where is the bathroom. There's not even a stove. This place should be $50 a month.
ОтветитьGARBAGE 🗑️!!
ОтветитьBin watching a few vids of appartements and there prices.. they are OUTRAGES high..
I life in the Netherlands and have a compleet house 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom attic own back garden front and back entree more space then most appartements you have shown.. €640 a month is my rent. And it is in the city too.
When the Murphy bed has a mattress on it, it’ll stay down by itself. They’re balanced for a certain amount of weight on them.
ОтветитьI think that's Laury old place .
ОтветитьPropaganda has really made its mark on somebody of these people out there. you are a hero❤
ОтветитьYou dont have to make your bed😂
ОтветитьMajor Price Gauging= Quad- OvrChg.; on Alll.
ОтветитьWhy not a kitchen sink? At 18 inches deep and 24 inches wide, it fits. Just wondering.
ОтветитьWhat is going on in New York that tent is SO HIGH for that little space??? We have seen SOOOO many New Yorkers relocate to the DC area! Like droves… I’m like who is left in New York??? Why is it so expensive to live there and in such small spaces???😮🤔
ОтветитьThis is my 1990 neighborhood. A woman I was dating broke up with me at the crepe restaurant. I had so much fun on the Lower Eastside.
ОтветитьI remember when i lived in San Diego CA about 25 years ago I lived in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for $650.00 a month. Now it's probably $1800 - $2100 a month. How times have changed.
ОтветитьI’ve watched a few of your videos. I don’t know why; I’m not looking to live in NYC at all. But it’s interesting to see what’s available, especially when interviewing people about how they fit into small places. But the one thing I find a bit frustrating is to not know the complete square footage of each place. Sometimes you mention the total footage, and other times you just mention the size of the main living area and not the total. For me… the first thing I want to know is the “price-per-square-footage” amount (Price ÷ Footage = Per Square Footage amount). In this one you mentioned total footage couple times, but in others not. It’s just a number I like to use for an immediate comparison.
ОтветитьNah bro 1295 and no bathroom or a kitchen? Disgusting.. My place is 1000 and I have a bathroom and kitchen
ОтветитьCommunity bathrooms, please God never!!
Ответить1250 is my mortgage for 5 bed/3 full baths in 2600 sqft in Georgia. This should be illegal. WOW.
ОтветитьMy studio feels like a huge place now. All that money and limitations just to get cheap coffee? No, ty
ОтветитьThat $1,295 apt is just $200 less than my mortgage payment on a 2,000 sq ft home on 1/3 acre in Wyoming. Granted, we bought the house 18 years ago & paid it off 5 years ago. Wow, rent poverty!!
ОтветитьNuts.
ОтветитьSo when U point out the tiled post in the EAST VILLAGE...I have to point out that you should know this legendary mosaic artist in NYC whom ìs/was a Vietnam Vet whom came back after serving to live in the East Village and go on to tile up posts etc....in the neighbourhood!! There are documentaries on him and he's/was still living there less than ten years ago. Someone had made a website for him and he was selling mosaic belt buckles!!
ОтветитьThat's insane but id probably rent it if she's my landlady 😂
ОтветитьI love these videos but wish we could see one fully furnished so we have an idea of how'd they'd look
ОтветитьIt's a dorm room with a 'kitchen'.
Ответитьso you could RENT an 90 square foot appt for MORE than i pay for a three bedroom raised ranch!!! "location" lol
ОтветитьOl girl is thicker than a snicker..... " How you doooing"????
ОтветитьFirst apartment, forget the kitchen, you can fix that up a bit with shelves. But WHERE is the toilet and shower? Having to use a communal bathroom - no thank you.
Ответить"and it has AC!"
Proceeds to show us a $200 window unit.
3rd apt - Place tension rods between the column and the wall for pantry items or a thin bookshelf face the kitchen for pantry or face the side wall and put a small desk and chair for an 'office'.
ОтветитьThat lady is so proud of her 1300$ slum apartment.
ОтветитьSLAVE QUARTER'S ‼️
ОтветитьAs I've often said/texted ---> New York City, great place to visit . . . however I couldn't afford to live there ! 🧐 🇺🇸 💀 👍 👎
ОтветитьWhere does the mattress go when you put the bed away?, this is not practical, you might as well stay in a motel and pay them and your bathroom is in your room. Why?
ОтветитьThey might as well call these hostels
ОтветитьWould definitely not share a bathroom with complete strangers and the price of the apartments is insane!!! Should say more like closets!!!
ОтветитьI don’t like sharing bathrooms with anyone. But sharing a bedroom is fine with me.
Ответитьthat first one is a modern day tenament
ОтветитьOK I'm going to do some reaction videos @crashjorddan
ОтветитьHELL NO
Ответитьhonestly, i can see why so many are homeless in new york. the apartments are so tiny it makes ppl with claustrophobia feel like suffocating. i would rather just live outside. plus the cost as well. my house in pennsylvania cost 56,000 (before covid). im so lucky to have it, with rent increase post covid in the area i may have been homeless if i hadnt bought it when i did.
