I hope someone gives me an answer to this: salam brothers and sisters! I hope everyone Ramadan is going great in sha Allah. I was born Muslim Alhamdulilah I can speak Arabic fluently but I can not read or write it. I have an English translation of the Quran, does that hold the same weight as reading it in Arabic? Does that also protect me as much and make me closer to Allah the same way? Does that do everything that reading the Quran in Arabic does? This question is always on my mind.

this only serves as a reminder to myself and others ,الحمدالله

May the Quran be our companion in the grave , May we love the words of Allah for the rest of our lives ,and implement the teachings of the Quran in our daily lives . This is something we cannot neglect ,why would I risk not having the words of Allah in my heart . May the Quran always resonate within my heart and keep my soul alive ,Ameen.

اللهم اجعل القرآن ربيع قلوبنا ونور صدورنا

The Qur'an would say to you again,"I'm your companion, The Qur'an,
that made you thirsty during te scorching days, and kept you awake during the nights.And every merchant shall benefit from his trade, and today, you'll benefit from all of your trade"

My heart is so heavy because am going through hardship I lost my job and in my environment because I lost my job it has become a stigma for me I try so had during this month to pray but still my shaikh Omar Suleiman my soul is so very heavy I read the Quran but not always I need prayers from my brothers and sisters in this lost 10days may Allah grant us goodness amin

And many of the time my heart is so heavy I don't even know what say or how to pray am so distracted also by wasiwasi it so noisy subahannAllah it so painful to be condemned by Muslim brothers and sisters just because of life hardship

Does it count when Reading the Quran in another language than original language? I cant read arabic.
