Adding Connections on LinkedIn

I am extremely sorry for this comment but I have nothing to do that's why i am commenting hear. please pardon me every one. I am new in LinekdIn.

When i am connecting any one on linkedin then Shower this type of Notification......


Fail to send invitation for { 0,name }

Or
Unable yo connect to Shahin Islam. Try again later.

If any one know this solution please help me.

Is it possible to find someone by name and connect without visiting their profile which will send them that I visited their profile?

Hello guys I just signed up in LinkedIn and sent an invite to my friend but he didn't receive the invite what do I need to do please

Adding the connections in linkedin and they are also accepting it. Does it comes in stealing part. Can you please suggest it. I do not know any of them and they are connecting in my LinkedIn.
