It was there about 5 weeks ago when I was in town. I stood just outside in the gravel around noon. I was a bit intimidated to go in as it was busy and I would had been the only farang there.

That’s a Very Nice New Market on that place under the big roads, on Sukhumvit Zero, nice place for Breakfast and evening Dinner with nice Music. 🙏

Last went there about 25 years ago, the site of Buckskin Joe Village.

Its more like morning market catered to office workers

The location is highly desirable and would be a valuable addition to the area.

I am not so sure to be safe for health to buy and eat uncovered food, snack and in this area under the flyover because the flyover we do not know it was fully clean up the pillars and surface under the flyover road, also it might/may causes tiny dusts/dirt's falling into these foods/drinks stalls due to the moving vehicles above the flyover could/can cause vibration to the flyover bridge and dusts falling down any time.

There used to be a market by One City Center before construction began, as I remember from your past video. Perhaps those street vendors were invited to setup shop here too, along with those from the Linear Park?

The place was always there it's just remodeled. But the noise of traffic and pollution...

Fresh salmon, organic free range eggs, watercress, celery ,rice, herbal teas. Wonder if these items are available.

BMA has implemented disposal management for each stalls. They need to register and comply many city regulations. This place help city clean, organize and help worker around the area got cheap foods.
