I swear man there are two kinds of people in this world that I naturally don’t like, landlords and cops. Yet I despise sovcits and “first amendment auditors” so much that I find myself silently rooting for the cops to arrest them etc.

Court needs to recall 30 of Mr Martins days will not be credited because those were for contempt! He’s probably back in jail now, or will be shortly.

On what basis is Mr. Davis a "beneficiary "? As a "beneficiary," he is not permitted to represent anyone in court. He should not have been permitted to speak.

Judges and police just need to stop indulging attempts to delay the process. Simply say, "this is the law, it will be imposed, and you when you lose, you can try to appeal from jail." There is 99.99% odds that you will lose and end up worse than before. However, if you take a free lawyer and listen to them, you will likely get a much better outcome.

The judge and police should only give lawful orders once, then act. Only consistent consequences will change the behavior of SCs. If jail does not work, then mental health services can be offered in exchange for cooperation. It should not be the job of the judge to educate the accused on law. Tell them to get a lawyer or go to school.

Now that landlord won his case, what are the odds he's ever going to receive the $6,000 he's owed? And now is he going to have to go back to court to evict Mr. Davis from the apartment? Who wants to be a landlord with all these headaches?

Eric Martin would almost be a sympathetic figure if he wasn't so arrogant, almost. His need to speak, and his steadfast refusal to follow directions have kept him in jail and will likely land him right back. It doesn't help that he completely misunderstands the law and the Constitution.
