As an American, I have to ask.....
Jarred hot dogs?!?!?
The hot "hot dog" maker is pretty traditional in Czech r. decade ago these "hot dogs" were sold in stands outside, in the cities and we as kids love to buy them as snacks. (these days you cannot see that often) And some families also bought gadget like that to home.
And for the usage - we usually cut the top part of the bun and then put it onto metal heater. :)
Brilliant video, another set of useless ways to spend money. So right about the visual nastiness of the lazy Susan. As for the hot dog thing 🤦♀️
ОтветитьFor the hot dog machine ive seen it done with french baguettes which is actually pretty effective, it does not work with tradition buns though
ОтветитьPutting mince in a mincer that was the issue
ОтветитьYou guys should convert prices into real money
ОтветитьA JAR of hotdogs?
ОтветитьI give it three days, and someone will be able to 3D print new track sections for the lazy susan for less then a Tenner.
ОтветитьI feel sorry for people who eat boiled hot dogs. Blech
ОтветитьMight be too much effort, but it would be nice to see them making a dish using all the gadgets in the end.
ОтветитьWe had the hotdog maker in the engine control room of Sirena seaways so at any manouvre we could get a hotdog
ОтветитьThat first gadget would be great for making jerky! That many super thin slices of beef that quick would have so much time.
ОтветитьThe whiplash from 'an entire jar of hotdogs' before I remembered that's previous UK knowledge I learned. 😂
ОтветитьWait...British people have hot dogs in JARS?! What madness is this?!
ОтветитьThe burger patty thing and the lazy susan both evoke the same thought from me- ambitious designs, but not quite thought out enough.
ОтветитьThe slicer looks like it would be cracked for spam musubi
Ответить1. Thin meat slicer, how long do the blades hold their edge and how easy is it to sharpen them, pass on this one.
2. Hot dog / bun toaster, unless you buy the specific buns made for this style (I've never come across them in Australia) I wouldn't bother, a simple saucepan for the Franks, pass.
3. I make sausages so I have a meat grinder and dedicated manual stuffer, even using the grinder with the stuffing attachment, you don't use the blades or grinding plate, there is a stuffing attachment, either way coarse grind 80/20 beef then with stuffing attachment use the burger maker, I'd buy this or a similar sturdier one.
4. This would eat into individuals dining spaces at the table, pass on this.
Loved the review, first reaction to the channel after a friend recommended it to me today, I have subscribed 😍.
In Asia, especially Japan. They like to cut their meat in really thin sheets. So, that first tool is awesome for that.
ОтветитьYou guys are using the wrong buns. The ones used with that cooker are the ones that already have a hole in them.
ОтветитьOn that patty maker, you have to remove the grate at the end of the grinder.
Ответитьthe hotdog thing wouldnt work here in the states, our buns often come presliced.
ОтветитьBarry- your arm ok? Did you film this after the ad where you fell?
ОтветитьThe lazy susan thing needs to be a continuous belt, and needs to be electric, and needs to be much flatter. So more like an actual kaitenzushi.
It also needs to be machine washable, if it isn't already.
The meat slicer would be good for slicing meat for hotpot
ОтветитьI'd use the lazy Susan for tacos
ОтветитьPlease review the Phillips 3 minute fresh pasta maker if you can get it in your country. I live in Melbourne Australia, own one and I haven’t had to buy pasta in years. I would love your opinion. Best regards from down under.🤣
Ответитьwhaffer
ОтветитьYea I can see why the burger thing didn’t work, you need frozen meat chunks to go into a grinder. The mince is too warm and sticky and is clogging the grinder.
ОтветитьFor the lazy susan, if the surface area was bigger, and you were given more track and room per section, i think its worth it? More for the chinese style families and yes, a big non round table to replace the round table set up.
ОтветитьMr Creosote would get flashbacks from the first segment 😂
ОтветитьI can't believe they didn't say something like "and you put your weiner inside of this" at the hot dog maker... 😂
Ответитьone of the applications for quick slice meat cutter i think is the mille feuille katsu bcs it is basically thin layers of meat stack together and if i'm a restaurant selling that dish, the cutter would be a God send
esp not needing to freeze the meat beforehand
I'm not going through all these comments, but julienne pork is very nice for egg drop soups. 🤤
ОтветитьNgl, I hv no use for the meat slicer, but even I'm tempted by it bcos of how efficient it looks lol
Ответитьfirst one - sreak tartare
ОтветитьFor the hotdogs. A Puka Dog from Hawaii is better. Same concept for the buns but the warmer is spiky. They squirt the condiments inside.
ОтветитьThe hotdog warmer/steamer the bun warmer might work better if you had the sliced the hotdog buns like we have here in the states.
ОтветитьBurger press works faster!
ОтветитьAt this point, the bennuendos are JUST to annoy Barry
ОтветитьDoes the burger maker work better upside down?
ОтветитьThe hot dog machine reminds me of a business near me that has unsliced hot dog buns with a tubular cavity. They offer various sweet relishes, mustards, and sauces they squirt into the cavity, then slide in your hot dog. However, every hot dog bun I've seen in the store are presliced, so they wouldn't work with this machine.
ОтветитьWith the hot dog maker, where are the onions? How can you have a hotdog without onions?
ОтветитьIm cutting thin slices of salmon as im warching this video, so yea i can see use for the first gadget
Ответить1-if you did a lot of Korean bbq this would be useful
2- Yuck
3- My hand makes better burgers then that does if you must have equal use a cookie cutter
4- good for Thanksgiving or family dinners
Those Hotdog makers are the industry standard in switzerland. Normaly the bun warmers is pointy.
Ответитьthat slicer is perfect for my beef-jerky making uniform slicing woes!
ОтветитьThat hotdog gadget 😅😅😅😅. I never saw hotdogs in jars before either. I had heard, but that's my first time seeing them in a jar! 🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭
