Question- think I found some land but it is on a pretty steep slope. Being that it’s been sitting on the market and with all the added costs/challenges with building on sloped land what % do you think we could knock off asking? Everything around it has been sitting for 3 months to 2 years.
Oh and as for Aledo, Willow Park, Annetta and Weatherford you’ll be getting a Costco soon so you won’t have to travel 25 to 40mins anymore

Walsh is not technically Fort Worth, it is Fort Worth. That’s like the people in Alliance trying to say they are in Keller, but their proper taxes say different. Fort Worth has some great places and shouldn’t be down played.
