Been reading all the comments about Voice versus no Voice. If you could include the text with the Voice, then the volume can be turned off. However,, I would miss the music for sure which added a lot to the videos!

Much prefer narrated because the repetitive stock photo/videos that are unrelated drive me crazy, so I prefer to just listen while I do other tasks, but need a better narrator.

Something seems off with this. I have flown many times with frost on the leading edge in 152 Cessna's and 172 Cessna's and their flight characteristics were just fine. I find it difficult to believe that an aircraft with that much thrust couldn't overcome frosted wings. Icing yes, but frost?

Diphenhydramine = Benadryl. A lot of pilots use it for sleep.

I liked the old format better. I can hardly hear because the music is too loud. Go back to the previous way of doing it. This really sucks, almost unwatchable. A couple more like this and I'm unsubscribing.

Your narration is fine, don’t listen to all the whiners wanting you to stop. They can turn on captions if they want to read text.

The pilots had developed a bias through experience over the years of squeaking by in the past as well. Yes, the drugs weigh in significantly to the swiss cheese model, but its still was compounded with some level of bias. I see any frost or ice, I'm de-iceing.....period. Life is to important.

Nooooo I loved the reading videos, it was so good and immersive

i'm a native English speaker so have no problem with the narration, but it's not particularly clear for non-native speakers. Plus I preferred the old format, it worked, why fix it? I think votes against the narrative are overwhelming. Still a great channel though.

Unfortunately I can’t understand the narrator. Also why would you show the crash before the story and then tell the story? Backwards storytelling

Stupidly in not identifying a visual no go condition, just to try and save time, cost them more than time.
Non aerodynamic leading edge, and overall wing surface condition due to frost or ice build up, has to be recognised and be taken seriously when it is seen to be present.
Time and again it catches out the unwary or foolhardy.

No one has covered Empire Airlines (Fedex) Flight 8284, crashed in Lubbock Texas in 2009.
